Our Georgian townhouse at 27 Fitzroy Square sits right on one of London's most beautiful private garden squares, where the morning light streams through our oversized windows and fills the workspace with natural brightness. We've preserved the building's original character - the herringbone wooden floors creak slightly underfoot, and the high ceilings give everyone room to breathe and think. The office space spans two grand rooms that feel more like a private residence than a typical workplace. We've kept the space unfurnished so you can configure it exactly how your team works best. The windows - they're the real feature here - stretch almost floor to ceiling and look directly onto Fitzroy Square Gardens, where you and your team get exclusive access as tenants. Working here means climbing our original grand staircase each morning (we find it sets a different tone than cramming into a lift). The self-contained layout gives you complete privacy - perfect when you're hosting important clients or need focused work time. We've updated the practical bits too: there's a fully fitted kitchen for proper lunches, cloakrooms, showers for cyclists, and secure bike storage. The building works brilliantly for companies who host regular events alongside daily operations. We've seen teams use the rooms for client presentations, training workshops, private dinners, even small theatre performances. The only thing we don't accommodate is art exhibitions or installations. Getting here couldn't be easier - Warren Street, Great Portland Street, and Goodge Street stations are all within a few minutes' walk. You're technically in Fitzrovia but right on Bloomsbury's doorstep, with Regent's Park just around the corner.
