We've transformed 10 buildings in Hackney Wick into a creative powerhouse where innovation happens daily. Our 63 studios range from compact 150-square-foot spaces perfect for emerging designers to expansive 2,000-square-foot workshops where established brands bring their visions to life. Bureau de Change designed our interiors with creators in mind - those 12 to 18-foot ceilings mean you'll never feel cramped, and natural light pours through windows facing the canal. We've watched fashion labels grow from single-desk operations at our 28 co-working spaces into full studio tenants. Our 1,000-square-foot sustainable manufacturing facility helps designers prototype and produce right here on campus. Members gather in our lounge between meetings, brainstorming over coffee from INIS café (where your membership gets you a discount). Our meeting rooms host everything from investor pitches to design consultations. We built this place to be genuinely inclusive - every building has step-free access, our facilities are gender-inclusive, and wellness rooms provide quiet spaces when you need them. The campus buzzes with activity beyond daily work. We've hosted catwalks where emerging designers debut collections, sample sales that draw crowds along the canal, workshops where established professionals share expertise, and exhibitions showcasing member work.
