About BizSpace Doncaster
We run BizSpace Doncaster from Gresley House on Ten Pound Walk, where our T-shaped building spans three floors of workspace. The building takes its name from Sir Nigel Gresley, the locomotive engineer who designed the Flying Scotsman steam trains. Our managed offices come either furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for your business. We've got meeting rooms available when you need to bring clients or colleagues together, and the whole building stays accessible 24 hours a day. Everyone gets access to the communal kitchens and breakout areas on each floor, plus there's plenty of parking in our large car park outside. The building sits in landscaped grounds about half a mile south of Doncaster town centre. We're right off White Rose Way (A618), which connects directly to Junction 3 of the M18 and the A1M - both just half a mile away. If you're coming by train, Doncaster station is about a 20-minute walk, and for international travel, Doncaster/Sheffield Robin Hood Airport is eight miles out. Our on-site maintenance team keeps everything running smoothly, and we've made sure the building works for everyone with passenger lifts and full DDA compliance. We're also one of the few business centres that welcomes pets, so you can bring your dog to work if that suits you. The area has everything you might need during the workday - there's a Barclays bank behind us, food vans visit mornings, a café across the road, and even ice cream vans in summer. We're also near Lakeside Village Outlet Centre and Keepmoat Stadium for after-work activities, while Doncaster racecourse hosts regular business exhibitions and networking events just a short drive away.
