Fresh herbs grow on our rooftop while members type away at desks below – that's the kind of place we've created at Oru Space Sutton. Our building at 174 High St combines everything you need for productive work days: coworking spaces, wellness classes, and proper Sri Lankan food from our Trinco café. We've designed our office spaces to work for everyone. Choose from 50 hot desks if you like flexibility, or claim one of our 10 fixed desks as your permanent spot. Need privacy? Our soundproof phone booths let you take calls without disturbing anyone. The meeting room handles everything from client presentations to team brainstorms, while our standing desks give you options when you need a change of position. Private offices are available too – 40 of them once we complete the full build-out. Our Wellbeing Quarter runs yoga, Pilates, and sound healing sessions throughout the week. After a morning meeting, you might catch a lunchtime class, then grab a vegetarian curry or vegan wrap from Trinco. The café seats 170 people and serves specialty coffee alongside freshly baked goods – perfect for informal meetings or solo work sessions. The rooftop community garden has become our signature feature. Members help tend the plants during gardening sessions, and the herbs we grow end up in Trinco's kitchen. The yoga deck up there catches stunning sunsets, making evening classes particularly popular. We host workshops and corporate events in various spaces throughout the building, from wellness retreats to team meetings. Your membership includes high-speed WiFi, cleaning services, reception support, and access to quiet lounges and courtyards. We're pet-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and offer parking. Everything's covered in one straightforward price – no hidden fees or complicated contracts.
