Every pound you spend hiring space at St Hilda's East Community Hub goes directly back into supporting our 135-year-old charity and the community programmes we run. We're three minutes from Shoreditch High Street Overground station, right in the thick of things with street art, food markets, and independent shops on our doorstep. Our Middleton Hall catches everyone's attention first - it's 1,660 square feet with double-height ceilings that flood the space with natural light. We can fit 120 people for drinks receptions, 80 in theatre layout, or 60 for sit-down dinners. Companies book it for conferences and product launches, while local groups use it for celebrations and art exhibitions. Right next door, our Community Café seats 20-30 people and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Teams often grab it for working lunches or use it as extra space when they've got Middleton Hall booked. The Old Nichol Board Room faces south and gets brilliant light all day - we can set it up for 16 people boardroom-style or squeeze in 25 classroom-style for training sessions. For creative meetings or workshops, the Rising Phoenix Room gives you 420 square feet to work with, plus views down into Middleton Hall. Groups of 20-30 people fit comfortably. Upstairs, The Captain's Room works perfectly for smaller board meetings of 8-10 people, or we can set it up as a temporary office with four desks. We've got 900MBs fibre broadband throughout the building, concierge services to help with deliveries and access, multiple kitchens, break-out spaces when you need a breather, and a roof garden that's particularly popular in summer. Other charities and not-for-profits get special rates - just ask when you enquire.
