We run our meeting rooms and offices from 154-160 Fleet Street, the same Art Deco building that housed The Sun newspaper back in the day. The 1920s architecture still catches people's eye when they walk in - especially the industrial glazing and the original period details we've kept throughout the renovation. Our meeting rooms come with large high-resolution screens, plug-and-play technology, and writable walls. The Top Hat room, one of our popular spaces, fits groups comfortably and includes chilled bottled water and proper glassware. We've designed each room for workshops, presentations, and team meetings, though some guests have mentioned the lighting could be better for full-day events. Java Java, our independent café on the ground floor, keeps everyone fueled with Union Coffee Roasters beverages, freshly made flatbreads, and their salad bar. Felix and the catering team regularly get praise from our clients - they'll even help deliver orders to your meeting room since the building layout can be a bit of a maze at first. The Fleet Street Press and Establishment Coffee are also right on our doorstep if you need a quick coffee run. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're walking distance from St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Holborn, and Blackfriars stations. City Thameslink is nearby too, and you can reach Covent Garden, Farringdon, and Southwark on foot when you need a break. The building has a gym and showers for those who cycle in or want to squeeze in a workout. Beyond the meeting rooms, we've created architecturally designed lounge areas and breakout spaces where teams can collaborate more casually. The whole building balances that classic Fleet Street heritage with the technology and comfort modern businesses need. Just ask at reception for the WiFi details when you arrive - we're working on making that information more visible in the rooms themselves.

The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
