We've kept the best bits of traditional office space while adding the flexibility modern businesses actually need. Our WELL Gold Certification means we've thought about air quality, natural light, and how the space affects the people who work here. The ground-floor business lounge opens onto Quay Street, creating a natural meeting point where members grab coffee from our café - we blend our own coffee and tea, which tends to start conversations.
