Perched on a former Olympic broadcast gantry, we've transformed this massive steel structure into something quite extraordinary for London's creative businesses. Our 21 freestanding timber studios float above Here East at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, creating what we call a "vertical village" across 10,000 square feet of workspace. Each studio tells its own story through distinctive facades that nod to Hackney Wick's industrial past. We worked with architects HawkinsBrown to craft these modular timber spaces, ensuring every creative professional—whether you're an architect sketching late into the evening, a music producer mixing tracks, or a designer bringing concepts to life—has exactly what they need. Natural light floods through each studio, complemented by electric heating, sinks, and your own private outdoor space where you can step out to panoramic views across the Olympic Park and River Lea. The heart of our community beats in the Village Hall, our central shared lounge and open-plan desk area where members naturally gravitate for coffee breaks and impromptu collaborations. We've equipped the space with everything creative businesses actually use daily: a communal kitchen for proper meals (not just microwave dinners), genuinely fast internet, printing facilities that actually work, and meeting rooms when you need privacy. Our showers and bike storage acknowledge how many of our members cycle here, while our accessible, gender-inclusive toilets on both levels reflect our commitment to welcoming everyone. With 24/7 access via lift to both levels, we understand creativity doesn't follow office hours. The Trampery on the Gantry offers various membership options designed to provide affordable workspace without compromising on quality or community. This joyous experiment in repurposing Olympic infrastructure has become home to some of London's most innovative creative minds.
