From our windows at Penway Place, you can watch tourists gathering around Nelson's Column while you work through your morning emails. We're right at 2a Charing Cross Road, occupying a Grade II listed building that's been thoughtfully converted into modern office spaces without losing its historic character. Our building offers everything from single dedicated desks for independent professionals to open-plan areas that can accommodate entire departments. Natural light floods through the windows—something we know makes a real difference when you're spending long days at your desk—and we've installed air conditioning throughout to keep everyone comfortable year-round. The heart of Penway Place is our 3,000 square foot members' lounge. We've set up a proper coffee bar there where people actually congregate and chat, not just grab their caffeine and run. When you need a break, we have a mini gym for quick workouts and a table tennis room that gets surprisingly competitive during lunch hours. Our meeting rooms range from intimate spaces for one-on-ones to larger rooms for team presentations, and the kitchen areas on each floor mean you're never far from a place to heat up lunch or make tea. We keep the building accessible 24/7 because we understand not everyone works nine to five. Our reception team handles mail and greets your visitors during business hours, while our IT support helps sort out any technical hiccups.
