About Bridge Studio
Three flights of stairs up from Kingsland Road, we've built our workspace right where the canal meets the city. Our office at Bridge Studio sits above the water at 240b, just four minutes from Haggerston station, where natural light floods through windows on all sides and the sound of barges drifting past becomes part of your workday rhythm. We've got about six desks available on a separate island within our main office space upstairs, with room for a couple extra people when your team needs temporary overflow. The setup works well for teams who appreciate having their own zone while still being part of the larger creative community here. Our current residents work in the music industry – record labels, producers, artist managers – so there's always interesting conversation over coffee in the kitchen. The breakout room downstairs spans nearly the entire floor, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out when they need a change of scenery. We've also carved out a private meeting room for client calls and focused sessions. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you'd expect, plus decent coffee machines that get heavy use throughout the day. What really sets us apart are the three private terraces overlooking the canal. Each deck has its own character – one catches morning sun, another's perfect for lunch, and the third gets evening light ideal for after-work drinks. We regularly fire up the BBQ when the weather's good, and yes, we do call it the Haggerston Riviera with only slight irony. Everything's included in the price – internet that actually works, regular cleaning, heating that keeps the space comfortable year-round. You'll have 24/7 access through our secure entry system, plus on-site showers and printing facilities. The storage areas downstairs mean you won't have boxes cluttering your workspace.
