Our offices at 43 Eagle Street have been completely transformed by Garnett & Partners into workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. The concrete coffered ceilings and exposed services give each floor real character - we've found companies love the industrial feel combined with the warm LED lighting throughout. Each floor comes as a self-contained unit with everything already set up. We provide private kitchens where teams can prepare lunch or grab coffee, dedicated meeting rooms for client presentations, and breakout areas where people naturally gather for informal chats. The furniture's already in place, so you can move straight in and start working. The second-floor roof terrace has become everyone's favorite spot. On sunny days, you'll find people up there with laptops, having lunch meetings, or just taking five minutes between calls. We've also installed proper bike storage with showers - about half our tenants cycle in from across London. Being in Midtown means we're right between Holborn and Chancery Lane stations, with both just a few minutes' walk away.
