We completed a full refurbishment in 2022, transforming this seven-storey building into 48,750 square feet of flexible office space that works for everyone from solo freelancers to established corporations. Our ground floor opens into a 2,000-square-foot business lounge where members grab their morning coffee, catch up with colleagues, or settle in for focused work. Three meeting rooms equipped with the latest presentation technology sit ready for everything from client pitches to team brainstorms.
