The Paris room sits on the corner of our building, where morning light streams through windows on two walls, illuminating the polished table that seats ten comfortably. We've found this natural brightness helps keep energy levels high during those lengthy strategy sessions our clients often book here. The room's clean lines and uncluttered design create the focused atmosphere many of our regular users appreciate. A full-length whiteboard spans one wall, and we've watched countless business plans take shape across its surface. The mounted flat-screen TV connects easily to laptops for presentations, though if you need video conferencing capabilities, our reception team can arrange equipment or suggest one of our other meeting spaces better suited for virtual meetings. We positioned the table to make the most of those garden views through the windows. It's surprising how much a glimpse of greenery can refresh perspective during intense discussions. The black executive chairs provide proper support for those longer sessions, and the temperature controls in each room mean you can adjust the environment to suit your group. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're less than a mile from Junction 4 of the M3, and our clients coming by train find Frimley station just a ten-minute walk away. There's plenty of parking on-site, which removes that common pre-meeting stress. The High Street sits five minutes away on foot when you need to grab lunch or supplies. Our reception team knows the Paris room well and can help with anything from welcoming your guests to arranging refreshments. The kitchen facilities down the corridor mean coffee and tea are always available, and many groups appreciate being able to prepare light refreshments without leaving the building.
