Six people can gather comfortably around the white boardroom table, where morning meetings benefit from soft natural light filtering through the foliage. We've kept the design simple and functional. Black executive chairs provide proper support during longer sessions, while the clean white walls help maintain focus without distractions. A flipchart stands ready in the corner for those who prefer traditional brainstorming methods, and we've positioned a conference phone centrally on the table for clear audio when bringing remote participants into your discussions. Our video conferencing setup handles everything from quick check-ins with overseas teams to formal client presentations. The technology integrates smoothly, so you spend less time troubleshooting and more time on what matters. A modest sideboard holds tea and coffee supplies, meaning you can refresh drinks without interrupting the flow of conversation. What makes this room particularly effective is its position within our venue. The glass atrium floods common areas with daylight, creating an energising atmosphere as you move between meetings. During breaks, you might step outside to the landscaped grounds or grab a proper meal from our café, which prepares fresh options daily. Many of our regular users appreciate being able to conduct back-to-back meetings without the usual scramble for decent lunch options.
