The Priory Suite catches the afternoon sun beautifully through those generous windows, making our boardroom table gleam. We've hosted everything from local council meetings to company away days in this adaptable space, and the feedback always mentions how the natural light keeps everyone alert through even the longest sessions. The polished table seats 20 comfortably in boardroom style, though we regularly reconfigure the room depending on what you need. For presentations, we can fit 40 delegates theatre-style, all with clear views of the pull-down projector screen. The black leather chairs might look formal, but they're chosen for comfort during those all-day workshops. We keep the sideboard stocked with refreshments throughout your meeting, and yes, the coffee is proper coffee, not the instant stuff. Our venue sits right across from Tewkesbury Abbey, so your delegates get a bit of history with their morning arrival. The building dates from 1696, and while we've kept the Tudor character, we've made sure the Wi-Fi works in every corner of the Priory Suite. Free parking takes the stress out of getting here, and once your team arrives, they're properly looked after. Between sessions, delegates often wander down to our restaurant for a working lunch, or grab a breath of fresh air in the beer garden when the weather's kind. We handle plenty of training days and small conferences, and the room works equally well for more formal board meetings or creative brainstorming sessions.
