Our Berkeley Suite combines centuries-old stone walls with everything you need for productive meetings. The exposed Cotswold stone and original beamed ceilings create a distinctive backdrop that gets conversations flowing naturally, while plenty of daylight through the windows keeps everyone alert through those longer sessions. We've designed this space to work flexibly for different group sizes and meeting styles. For theatre-style presentations, we can accommodate up to 40 people, while boardroom and U-shaped arrangements work perfectly for teams of 18. If you're running training sessions with note-taking, our classroom setup seats 12 comfortably. The plush upholstered chairs mean your team stays comfortable even during full-day workshops. Your meeting package includes an LCD projector and flipcharts, plus we'll keep the coffee and tea coming throughout the day. Our buffet lunch gives everyone a proper break without having to leave the building, and we find groups often continue their discussions over sandwiches and hot dishes from our kitchen. The room hire starts at £150 for groups of six, with an additional £25 per person after that. What makes meetings here different is how the historic setting changes the dynamic. Teams tell us they have better conversations when they're surrounded by original stone rather than office walls. During breaks, people naturally drift to our bar areas or step outside to the beer garden when weather permits. The combination of focused meeting space and relaxed common areas helps groups achieve more than they would in a conventional conference room.
