Our meeting room at 200 Degrees Coffee Shop sits right above the buzz of coffee grinders and espresso machines, giving your meetings an energy you won't find in traditional boardroom spaces. We've converted part of Nottingham's historic Flying Horse Inn into a workspace that keeps the original wood paneling and stained glass windows while adding everything you need for productive sessions. The space works brilliantly for groups up to 12 seated or 18 standing, whether you're running workshops, seminars, or team meetings. We're in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, just off Market Square and a short walk from the train station, with plenty of parking options nearby for those driving in. What makes our meeting room different is that it's part of a working coffee shop and Barista School. Your meeting package includes access to coffee made on our Victoria Arduino 388 Black Eagle espresso machine, prepared by baristas who really know their craft. We can arrange fresh food throughout the day too - everything from smoked salmon bagels and buttermilk bacon muffins for breakfast meetings to our quiches, sandwiches and salads for lunch sessions. We've got plenty of vegetarian and vegan options as well. For something completely different, we can combine your meeting with a Barista Experience session. Your team can learn everything from basic home brewing techniques to advanced latte art - it's become one of our most popular team-building activities and definitely beats another PowerPoint presentation. The room comes with free Wi-Fi and all the standard meeting facilities you'd expect. Our team handles all the setup and can create bespoke packages depending on what you need.
