About 30 Euston Square
The grand Edwardian staircase at 30 Euston Square tells our story before you even step into your first meeting. We've spent years perfecting the balance between preserving the character of this Grade II* listed building and creating spaces that actually work for modern events. Our 300-seat auditorium draws conference organisers back year after year - the Sony HDR 4K laser projector and surround sound system handle everything from product launches to film screenings. Right next door, the 360sqm exhibition hall flows naturally for coffee breaks and networking, with our Searcys catering team keeping delegates well-fed throughout the day. For board meetings and private dining, we guide groups to our six heritage rooms where original oak panelling frames productive discussions. These spaces feel different from typical meeting venues - there's something about the natural light filtering through period windows that changes the atmosphere entirely. Our fifth-floor state rooms open onto the rooftop terrace, where we can host up to 230 guests. Wedding parties love the London skyline views, while corporate teams book it for summer celebrations. The eighteen additional meeting rooms spread across the building mean we're running multiple events simultaneously - training sessions, assessments in our dedicated Scenario Centre, strategy workshops, and team dinners. The 41 boutique bedrooms save our multi-day conference guests the hassle of finding nearby hotels. Being one minute from Euston Station and close to Warren Street makes arrival logistics simple, whether attendees come by train or tube. We've hosted everything from medical exams requiring absolute silence to Christmas parties that run late into the evening. Each event shapes how we use these spaces - the building's flexibility means we adapt rather than forcing events into rigid formats.
