Steel trusses stretch across the double-height ceiling at Unit58, where we've transformed this Tottenham warehouse into one of London's most distinctive party venues. Our 275-capacity performance space has become home to underground club nights that pulse through our full Funktion-One sound system, while natural light pours through the large skylights during daytime events. We're based in Millmead Industrial Estate on Mill Mead Road, just a 7-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station on the Victoria Line. The warehouse features its original industrial bones - those steel trusses and exposed brickwork that give the space its raw character. Two mezzanine levels overlook the main floor, creating interesting vantage points for guests and adding depth to the space. Our venue works brilliantly for large parties and club nights, but we've also hosted fashion shows on our open floor, film crews who love the natural light, and couples who want something different for their wedding reception. The main event space flows into several distinct areas: a lounge zone where guests can catch their breath, a proper green room for performers or VIP guests, and an outdoor terrace with seating and awning for when people need fresh air between sets. We've kept the practical stuff sorted too - separate male and female toilets, a staffed cloakroom for coats and bags, and professional DJ equipment ready to plug into our sound system. Beyond the main venue, we house 16 music and multimedia studios where artists work during the week, so creative energy flows through the building even when we're not hosting events.
