Every match day, thousands fill our stands, but during the week, the American Express Stadium transforms into Brighton's most flexible meeting destination. We've hosted everything from board meetings in our executive boxes to major conferences filling our largest lounges with 500 delegates. Our 31 conference and meeting rooms spread across different levels of the stadium, each offering something unique. The executive boxes work brilliantly for confidential discussions or interviews with up to 10 people, while our mid-sized lounges handle seminars and training sessions for 20 to 100 attendees. Many rooms look directly onto the pitch - we find delegates appreciate the natural light flooding through floor-to-ceiling windows rather than being stuck in windowless hotel conference rooms. Healthcare trusts, financial services firms, and educational institutions regularly book our larger lounges because they can run plenary sessions, exhibitions, and breakout groups all in the same space. The concourses, where fans usually gather on match days, convert into ground-level exhibition halls perfect for trade shows and team-building activities. Getting here couldn't be easier - Falmer Station sits right outside our doors, and we provide free parking for up to 400 cars (600 on non-match days). Our catering team sources ingredients from Sussex farms and suppliers, creating menus that change with the seasons. They've won awards for their approach, though we think the real proof comes when delegates ask for recipes. The Terrace, our newest addition, brings a different energy to corporate events. Companies have used it for product launches with live music, team celebrations with sports screenings, and networking events that feel more like parties than meetings.
