We've transformed this Hockley landmark into ARC Space, where independent businesses and creative professionals find their perfect work environment. Our resident architects designed every corner with small teams in mind. You'll find open studios buzzing with conversation, private offices for focused work, and dedicated desks that feel like your own corner of Nottingham. The original factory features - exposed brick, high ceilings, industrial windows - create an atmosphere that sparks creativity without trying too hard. We keep things running smoothly with the essentials: genuinely fast internet that won't let you down, unlimited hot drinks from our luxury coffee machines (because good coffee matters), and printing facilities including A1 and A3 plotters for those bigger projects. Our two meeting rooms each seat 12 comfortably, with 65-inch screens that make presentations actually visible from the back row. What makes us different?
