We're right in the heart of Manchester's historic Corn Exchange building, where the original trading floors have been transformed into our bustling bar and kitchen. Walking distance from Manchester Victoria station, Banyan Corn Exchange brings together global flavors and local spirit under one stunning roof. Our space tells its own story through the floral installations that cascade from our ceilings and the warm glow from our open kitchen where you can watch our chefs at work. The south-facing terrace has become a favorite spot when the Manchester sun makes an appearance - it's where many of our regulars settle in for afternoon cocktails and sharing plates. Speaking of cocktails, we've built quite a reputation for our 2-4-1 offerings available Sunday through Friday. The Pornstar Martini remains our bestseller, though our Lemon Cheesecake cocktail has its own devoted following. Our Bottomless Brunch runs for two hours and pairs perfectly with our globally-inspired menu that's designed for sharing. We accommodate all dietary preferences with dedicated gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options throughout. For parties and celebrations, we have two distinct spaces: The Well and The Root. These semi-private areas work brilliantly for everything from birthday gatherings to corporate cocktail receptions. The Well offers a more intimate setting, while The Root opens up to our main restaurant energy. Both spaces benefit from our full bar service and that same sharing-style menu our guests love.
