On arrival what looks like the front door is locked and the main entrance is at the back but its not very clear. There was nobody at reception (ever) and there was a sign with a mobile number which I rang and left a message.
We found our booked room and figured out the connection to the TV for the presentation which was very simple. We asked for internal signage showing where the meeting was for arrivals but there wasn't anything and with nobody in reception we had to stand watch around reception until we asked one of the business tenants for paper and sellotape to stick something up.
There was a boiler with some water in with tea and coffee and we figured out that was the 'tea and coffee' and had to turn the boiler on and then go for more water. We didn't get the pens and pads but this wasn't an issue.
Biggest issue was toilet access, we had to ask people in passing where the toilets were, they were behind a locked door so we took out the latch off so our guests could go there. Presumably one of the businesses put it back on so people couldn't access the toilets on departure!
Communication horrific and toilet issue beyond bad.
