Our Edwardian Clubhouse at Brooklands Museum stands where the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit once roared to life. Here in Weybridge, Surrey, we've transformed our historic spaces into meeting venues that bring together the golden age of British motorsport with everything today's businesses need. The Napier Room remains our most requested space for conferences and presentations. With capacity for 250 delegates in theatre-style seating, the room features both natural daylight streaming through period windows and full blackout capabilities when you need them. Step onto the private balcony during breaks and you'll overlook the original banking of the race track where legends once competed. For board meetings and smaller gatherings, we often recommend the Bluebird Room. Sir Malcolm Campbell's racing memorabilia lines the walls where up to 100 guests can meet surrounded by genuine motorsport history. The space works particularly well for training sessions and workshops, with its more intimate atmosphere encouraging discussion and collaboration. Our Members' Lounge captures the spirit of a 1920s racing club, complete with original Art Deco details. We find it's perfect for those informal networking sessions or welcome drinks before your main meeting - the space comfortably holds 50 people for standing receptions. Beyond the meeting rooms themselves, we offer experiences that turn standard corporate days into something more memorable. Your delegates can explore Concorde during lunch breaks, try our F1 simulator between sessions, or join guided tours through our aviation hangars. Our in-house catering team creates menus ranging from working lunches to formal dinners, all prepared in our own kitchens. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're just off the M25 with ample on-site parking, and the building has full accessibility throughout. Our events team handles everything from initial planning through to the day itself, ensuring your meeting runs exactly as you envision it.
