Here at Caboose, we've transformed this unique space into London's coziest spot for private celebrations, where the smell of slow-smoked meats fills the air and your group has the entire cabin to yourselves. Our chef works right in front of you, preparing British BBQ that's been smoking for 10-14 hours - proper beef ribs, brisket, pork ribs and belly that fall off the bone. We pair these with our homemade salads and smoked vegetables, creating a hearty three-course feast that brings people together around the table. The intimate cabin seats between 8 and 13 guests perfectly, making it just right for birthday dinners, special celebrations, or any gathering where you want something different from the usual party venues. We keep things simple with our £35 per person fixed menu, and you're welcome to bring your own drinks with just a £5 corkage fee. We've got an ice chest ready for your bottles and extra fridge space if you need it. Planning a birthday? Let us know and we'll sort out balloons and decorations to mark the occasion properly. From 8pm to 11pm, the entire cabin becomes your private dining room.
