Steam rises from our build-your-own ramen stations while groups of friends share colorful dim sum platters at Chamber 36 Smithdown. Since opening our doors in 2021 at 469-471 Smithdown Road, we've transformed this Liverpool space into a warm gathering spot where Chinese and Pan-Asian flavors meet late-night cocktails and weekend celebrations. Our kitchen serves up everything from traditional dim sum to customizable ramen bowls, with dedicated vegan and gluten-free menus that ensure everyone at your party finds something they love. The dining room seats 70 guests comfortably, with modern décor that creates an energetic backdrop for birthday parties, anniversaries, and those spontaneous Friday night get-togethers that turn into Saturday mornings. We open at 4pm Tuesday through Friday, perfect for after-work gatherings that flow into evening celebrations. Saturdays and Sundays we start service at 1pm for those leisurely weekend sessions. Our bar stays busy mixing cocktails during happy hour, and yes, we do bottomless brunch for groups who want to make an afternoon of it. Students flash their IDs for discounts, and our banquet-for-one deal works great for smaller celebrations. The whole restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with Wi-Fi throughout for those inevitable group photos and social media moments. When you book the entire space exclusively, our team works with you to create the right atmosphere - whether that's a relaxed dinner party vibe or a livelier celebration with cocktails flowing until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Transport couldn't be easier with multiple bus routes along Smithdown Road, making it simple for guests to arrive from across Liverpool. We close at 11pm most nights, midnight on Friends and Saturdays, and 10pm Sundays, giving plenty of time for proper celebrations.
