Here at Cheltenham Ladies' College, we've been hosting celebrations and gatherings in our historic spaces for years, and we know exactly how to make each event work perfectly in our unique venues. Our Princess Hall remains the crown jewel for large parties and celebrations. The galleries that run along two levels create an impressive backdrop for events, whether you're planning for 250 dinner guests or need conference seating for over 800. We've installed state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment throughout, so your presentations, speeches, or entertainment run smoothly. Beyond Princess Hall, we open our Parabola Arts Centre for more intimate gatherings. This Grade II* listed building houses our 325-seat theatre, perfect for performances or presentations during corporate events. The art gallery and dance studio within the centre offer additional breakout spaces or can host their own standalone events. For mid-sized parties, our Lower Hall provides a more traditional setting. As one of the College's oldest rooms, it comfortably accommodates 150 guests for receptions or can be arranged for 200 delegates in conference style. The character of the original architecture creates a distinctive atmosphere that our event guests always comment on. We support every event with our full range of facilities. Our in-house catering team creates customizable menus using locally sourced ingredients, adapting to any dietary requirements. The modern conference rooms scattered throughout the campus work well for smaller gatherings or breakout sessions. For multi-day events, we offer secure residential accommodations on-site, plus access to our Health and Fitness Centre complete with a 25m swimming pool.
