Our open kitchen is the heart of everything we do here. Head Chef Shadi Issawy and his team work with the finest British produce, turning seasonal ingredients into dishes that burst with flavor. You'll see them at work as you dine, crafting everything from our signature plates to the daily specials that change based on what our trusted local growers and artisanal producers deliver that morning. Chef Ran Shmueli founded Claro with a simple vision: generous, vibrant food that celebrates each season. The terraced garden feels like our secret - surrounded by the herbs we actually use in the kitchen, it catches the afternoon sun beautifully. During weekend brunch, it's particularly magical. Our sommelier has built a wine collection that spans the globe, with bottles chosen specifically to complement our bold, ingredient-led menu. The cocktail list gets just as much attention. For private dining, we've created two distinct spaces upstairs. The Gallery works perfectly for those smaller celebrations where 14 guests want to share something special over dinner. The Loft transforms depending on your needs - we can seat 66 for a formal dinner or welcome up to 70 guests for standing receptions. Both rooms maintain that warm Mediterranean feel while giving you complete privacy.
