There's something quite magical about driving through the Buckinghamshire countryside and arriving at our sleek, modern entrance. I'm the events manager here at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, and I still get that little thrill every morning. We opened after a complete transformation, and while the building's contemporary, we've kept that warmth you want from a countryside venue. The Wave Spa is my personal favourite spot - guests often book treatments between conference sessions, and you should see how much more creative the afternoon brainstorming gets! Our meeting suites handle everything from 10-person board meetings to 300-guest galas. The ballroom's particularly special with its built-in dance floor and mood lighting that transforms throughout the evening. Yes, we have the technical bits sorted too, but it's watching a room come alive during a celebration that really gets me. Here's what surprises people: we're properly set up for outdoor events too. The grounds are stunning, we can arrange marquees, and having our own helipad means we've hosted some pretty interesting arrivals. Our wedding coordinator Sarah is basically a miracle worker - she's just overseen her 200th ceremony here. Green Tourism Silver Award? We're rather proud of that. Means we're looking after this beautiful corner of Bucks properly. The London crowd love us because they can be here in 40 minutes but feel like they're properly away. The kitchen team source locally where possible, parking's free (revolutionary, right?), and our beds are the kind you actually want to fall into after a long day. Let's chat about your event.
