The recent renovation preserved all the character you'd hope for - original brickwork walls that tell a century of stories, while adding the modern touches that make daily work life comfortable. We're a 5-minute stroll from Old Street Station, with Liverpool Street 10 minutes away and Shoreditch High Street just 7 minutes on foot. Currently, we share the space with an established retail design agency, creating a creative atmosphere where different perspectives naturally cross-pollinate. The dedicated meeting room provides privacy when you need to impress clients or hash out strategies with your team. Between focused work sessions, the breakout space offers a change of scenery without leaving the building. Everything runs smoothly with our included amenities - reliable WiFi keeps you connected, the kitchen stays stocked with tea and coffee, and secure bike storage means you can cycle in without worry. All utilities are covered in the rental price, so there are no surprise bills to manage.
