We offer three distinct meeting venues to match your requirements. The Fry Suite serves as our largest space, accommodating up to 250 delegates in a contemporary setting equipped with the latest presentation technology. For medium-sized gatherings, Hornton Grange provides a characterful backdrop for up to 150 guests, while our Garth House boardrooms create the perfect environment for smaller strategic meetings and executive discussions. Each room comes fully equipped with TV screens, reliable Wi-Fi, and flipcharts. We understand that different meetings need different setups, so we regularly arrange our spaces in boardroom, cabaret, theatre, or classroom layouts depending on what works best for your session. Our dedicated event coordinators work closely with you to ensure every technical detail runs smoothly. Beyond the meeting rooms themselves, we provide everything needed for a productive day. The 1900 Restaurant prepares working lunches and coffee breaks using ethically sourced British ingredients, while the 1900 Bar offers a relaxed space for post-meeting networking. Delegates staying overnight have access to our 185 contemporary bedrooms and three serviced apartments, plus complimentary use of the University's Sport & Fitness centre.
