About Edmund House (3rd Floor)
Our third-floor training center at Edmund House spans the entire floor of this Colmore Business District building, giving your team plenty of space to spread out and focus. The moment the lift doors open, you'll step into our dedicated reception area - no more navigating through shared building lobbies or wondering where to go. We've designed our classrooms to handle everything from intimate team workshops for 20 to larger training sessions for up to 50 people. Each room gets flooded with natural light through the large windows overlooking Newhall Street, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. We stock every room with multimedia projectors, flip charts, and all the stationery basics so you can dive straight into your session. Between sessions, our break-out area becomes the heart of the floor. With comfortable seating for 24, it's where productive conversations continue over coffee from our tea and coffee facilities. Many groups also pop down to Coffee #1, the café on the ground floor, for a proper break and fresh pastries. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're an 8-minute stroll from New Street Station and even closer to Snow Hill. Our operations team will be on hand throughout your booking to handle any requests, from extra flip chart paper to helping with technical setup. The entire floor is wheelchair accessible via lift, with adapted facilities available. Previous guests particularly appreciate our spacious kitchen and break-out area, calling it "huge" compared to other Birmingham meeting spaces. While we're working on adding more power sockets throughout the rooms, our team always ensures everyone can charge their devices when needed. Very lovely space, huge kitchen/breakout area, only have a couple of complaints:
- Very few plug sockets and definitely not enough scattered around the room. Had to play musical chairs to share chargers!
- Reception downstairs wasn't informed of us coming which led to som...
