We've kept the best parts of this building's past—the original exposed brick walls, steel beams that once supported tons of tea crates, and those wonderfully high ceilings that make every floor feel expansive. Each of our self-contained office floors comes as a blank canvas, ready for you to add your own furniture and create the exact workspace your team needs. Our ground floor reception has that boutique hotel feel, where our concierge team greets your clients and handles deliveries throughout the day. The upper floors get flooded with natural light through the original warehouse windows, and we've found it really does make a difference to the working day. When you need a change of scene, there's our garden courtyard for informal meetings or just a coffee break, plus dedicated break-out spaces on each floor. We've brought the building into the 21st century with ultra-fast fibre throughout, and our app-based door system means you can access your office 24/7 without fumbling for keys. The shower facilities and bike storage in the basement have proved particularly popular with our cycling commuters. Meeting rooms are available to book when you need them, and we can arrange IT support if required. Here in South Bank, we're surrounded by everything from Borough Market's food stalls to the cultural venues along the Thames. The location works brilliantly for transport too—London Bridge, Waterloo, and Borough stations are all within walking distance. Our offices can accommodate up to 50 desks per floor, with monthly pricing that covers everything.
