Here on Maddox Street, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, we've created our flagship restaurant with all the character of a New York grill transported to the heart of London's West End. Our dining room wraps you in dark wood paneling and buttery leather seating, with pendant lamps casting just enough light to read the menu but dim enough to feel intimate. The atmosphere we've cultivated here feels like stepping into a Manhattan institution - comfortable, unpretentious, yet undeniably special. What really sets us apart is our ageing room, visible through glass as you enter. We age our beef right here on site - premium cuts from the UK, USA, and Spain developing deeper flavors day by day. Our chefs cook everything over charcoal, giving each steak that distinctive smoky char you can't replicate any other way. Whether you order the rib-eye, sirloin, or fillet, it arrives at your table with that perfect crust and tender interior. We pair these steaks with the classics done right - truffle chips that actually taste of truffle, mac and cheese that's properly indulgent. Our wine list, sourced from over 20 suppliers, runs from accessible bottles to serious vintages for those special celebrations. For private events, we have a separate dining room that seats up to 25 guests. It's become our go-to space for business dinners and birthday celebrations - completely private but with all the energy of the main restaurant.
