We grind our beef fresh daily, creating burgers with that distinctive steak-like texture you won't find in your average patty. Each one comes with our handmade rosemary salted chips - proper chips, not fries. Our Greenwich local burger has become something of a signature: Parma ham layered with melting Taleggio cheese, crispy onions adding crunch, house-made chilli jam for warmth, fresh rocket, and pickles to cut through the richness. Dogs are part of the neighborhood here, so we keep water bowls ready for four-legged visitors.
