We installed a 16x14-foot insulated roll-up door that opens directly to our gated backlot—production crews love loading equipment straight through, while event planners use the outdoor space for cocktail hours. Natural light floods the space during daytime shoots, though we keep professional lighting rigs ready for those who need them. Up front, our 1,500-square-foot office suite functions as a working environment with four dedicated workstations arranged around a live-edge slab table. The conference room handles formal presentations, while the kitchenette keeps teams fueled through long production days. We've hosted everything from startup pitch meetings to creative agency brainstorms in this section. What makes inkub8 work for such varied purposes? The bones of the space adapt quickly.
