At Leonardo Hotel Liverpool, we've transformed our 31 Keel Wharf location into one of the city's most practical meeting venues. Our ten meeting rooms handle everything from intimate board meetings for 8 people to larger conferences for up to 100 delegates, all within walking distance of Liverpool Central station and the Albert Dock. Each of our meeting spaces comes fully equipped with LCD projectors, modular furniture that we can arrange to suit your setup, and individual climate control to keep everyone comfortable throughout the day. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and every room includes the basics you need - flipcharts, stationery kits, and plenty of power outlets for laptops and devices. Natural light fills most of our rooms, which our clients tell us makes a real difference during long meeting days. Our Delegate Packages run from 9 am to 5 pm and include unlimited tea and coffee service, plus either a hot meal in our restaurant or a working lunch delivered to your breakout area. Fresh fruit, mineral water, and sweets are replenished throughout the day. You'll have a dedicated conference executive assigned to your event who handles any requests or last-minute changes. Between sessions, attendees often grab a proper coffee from our illy Coffee bar in the lobby or catch up with colleagues in our Bar and Grill. We regularly host corporate presentations, training seminars, board meetings, and even wedding receptions in our larger spaces. The modular furniture means we can switch from theatre-style seating to workshop tables or cocktail reception setup depending on what you need. Being right on the historic Liverpool docks puts us about 10 minutes' walk from the main transport links, making it easy for attendees coming from across the region or further afield.
