About Mr Fox Croydon
Big changes are coming to Mr Fox on Surrey Street! We're completely transforming our Croydon pub and can't wait to show you what we've been working on when we reopen in Autumn 2025. The renovation touches every corner of our space at 34 Surrey Street. We're bringing back the Sunday roasts that regulars have been asking about, along with our signature cocktail menu. The bar's getting a proper upgrade too – we're expanding our beer selection and yes, real ale will be flowing from the taps again. Sports fans will appreciate the new screens we're installing for match days, and we're adding a pool table and dart board for those who fancy a game with their pint. Our new layout works brilliantly for parties and private events. Whether you're planning drinks for 30 colleagues after work or need space for a 300-guest celebration, we've designed the venue to adapt to different group sizes. The refurbished interior creates distinct areas that can be sectioned off or opened up depending on what you need. While our doors are temporarily closed, you don't have to wait to experience what we're about. Pop over to Trickle if you're after that outdoor terrace vibe – they've got live DJs spinning and a solid drinks menu. Or try Fern, right across from East Croydon Station, where the team serves up sharing plates in a more laid-back setting. Both spots give you a taste of what we do best: creating spaces where Croydon comes together. We're counting down the days until we can welcome you back to Mr Fox. The builders are making great progress, and everything's on track for our autumn return.
