At Podium Space in Prama House, we've created 74 private offices across three floors right in the heart of Summertown's busy high street. Our teams range from solo entrepreneurs to companies with 80 desks, and we've designed every workspace to be move-in ready with all the furniture you need. We recently completed a full refurbishment, and our clients particularly appreciate the modern facilities throughout the building. The reception team greets everyone who arrives, and we maintain three meeting rooms that companies regularly book for interviews, training sessions, and client presentations. Each floor has its own communal kitchen where we keep the bean-to-cup coffee machines running and tea supplies stocked throughout the day. For those who cycle or run to work, we've installed showers on-site and provide fresh towels and toiletries daily. The bike racks outside see plenty of use, especially with Summertown's excellent connections to both the ring road and Oxford city centre. Our location means you're surrounded by cafes, shops, and restaurants – many of our tenants grab lunch from the independent eateries just steps away. The Dock Club serves as our business lounge where members can use hot desks, catch up in the breakout areas, or enjoy the continental breakfast we lay out each morning. We host regular networking events here, and on certain days we open the bar for complimentary beer and wine – it's become quite popular for informal team gatherings and meeting new contacts within the building. Our flexible contracts include all utilities and daily cleaning in the rent, and our on-site management team handles everything from maintenance requests to booking meeting rooms.
