About Rainham House
Rainham House runs two practical classroom spaces that work brilliantly for training days and business meetings. We've set up our 32-seat room and 24-seat room to handle everything from professional development workshops to team planning sessions, and the feedback we get is always about how functional these spaces are. Both rooms come with large flatscreen TVs that connect straight to your laptop - no fiddling with adapters or complicated systems. We keep whiteboards mounted in each room, and if you need flipcharts, just let us know when you book. The chairs and tables move around easily, so whether you want theatre-style rows, a U-shape for discussions, or small group clusters, we can arrange it however works best. Standing events? The larger room handles up to 35 people comfortably. Our location on New Road puts you right near the C2C line and several bus routes, making it simple for attendees coming from different directions. Free street parking sits just across the road - literally a two-minute walk to our door. The building has full wheelchair access with lifts to every floor, and we've got air conditioning throughout to keep everyone comfortable during those longer sessions. While we don't run an in-house kitchen, you're welcome to organize external catering or bring your own refreshments and alcohol. We provide complimentary water for all bookings, and our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without any issues. Need handouts printed? We offer printing services for a small additional fee. We see a lot of corporate training sessions, educational workshops, and team meetings here at Rainham House. The rooms work equally well for one-day events or longer-term regular bookings - several organizations use our spaces weekly or monthly for their ongoing training programs.
