Everything on our seasonal menu comes from farmers and producers we know personally, many from the market directly below us. The beef Wellington uses meat from a specific Yorkshire farm, while our acclaimed breakfast ingredients arrive fresh each morning from trusted suppliers across Britain. The natural light that floods our contemporary dining room creates an atmosphere that changes throughout the day. Morning business breakfasts give way to leisurely lunches, then evening celebrations where our innovative cocktails flow freely at the bar.
