Our Victorian building at RCN Scotland Headquarters sits two miles south of Princes Street on 42 South Oswald Road, surrounded by gardens that create a peaceful atmosphere for productive meetings. We've designed our three meeting rooms to support everything from small team sessions to larger workshops and conferences, with each space offering the technology modern meetings demand. When you arrive, you'll find our open reception area serves as more than just an entrance – we use it for registration, displays, and those important pre-meeting conversations. Each of our three rooms comes equipped with PCs, interactive whiteboards or wall-mounted screens, plus video and teleconferencing facilities. Natural light streams through the windows throughout the day, and we've ensured full wheelchair accessibility across all spaces. We know the small details matter for successful meetings. That's why we provide tea, coffee, and biscuits when you arrive, with another serving during each half-day session. For lunch, we work with trusted external caterers who deliver directly to us – just let us know what you need and we'll handle the coordination. Getting here is straightforward whether you're coming from Edinburgh International Airport, the A1 South, or central Scotland's motorway network via the city bypass. We have some parking spaces on-site, though these fill quickly. Free street parking is available throughout the surrounding residential area. Our quiet location in this leafy part of Edinburgh means fewer distractions during your meetings, while still keeping you connected to the city.
