Since 1967, we've been Glamorgan County Cricket Club's home, but our 2008 redevelopment created something special for the business community too – modern facilities wrapped in sporting heritage, right where the River Taff meets Bute Park. Our Sophia Hall holds 800 people theatre-style, making it one of Cardiff's largest conference spaces. But we also configure smaller rooms for board meetings, training sessions, and workshops. The pavilion's glass walls flood meeting spaces with natural light, while our media centre – usually buzzing with sports journalists – converts into executive boardrooms with built-in presentation technology. Walking from Cardiff city centre takes just minutes, yet once you're here, the parkland setting feels worlds away from office life. We provide free parking for all attendees, and our high-speed Wi-Fi handles everything from video conferences to live streaming. The five floodlight pylons that illuminate evening matches also mean your events can run as late as needed. Our catering team sources ingredients from Welsh suppliers, creating working lunches and formal dinners that reflect the seasons.
