We've kept the raw concrete floors and exposed framework because party planners tell us it creates the perfect backdrop for their lighting designs and decorations. The main room's flexible layout means you can configure it however works best - create separate zones for dancing and lounging, or keep it wide open for one massive dancefloor. Getting your party equipment in couldn't be easier. Our drive-in roller shutter door means your production team can unload directly into the venue. Everything's on one level with step-free access throughout, so your guests can move freely between spaces. We're fully licensed, which takes one more thing off your planning list. We handle everything from underground raves to corporate parties, birthday celebrations to themed events. Our on-site production services mean we can support whatever technical requirements you have - from simple sound systems to full-scale light shows and installations. Right now we're in phase 1.3 of our development, constantly improving based on what event organisers need. The venue sits in the heart of Leeds with major train stations and bus routes nearby, making it easy for your guests to get here from anywhere in the city.
