Sunday afternoons at The Alwyne Castle see our garden packed with locals enjoying roasts and live jazz from 6pm to 8pm - it's become something of a Highbury tradition. We're the pub on St Paul's Road where you'll find over 300 people sprawled across our garden on sunny days, pints in hand, burgers sizzling at our outdoor shack. Our conservatory makes for brilliant private parties - groups love bringing their own playlists and taking over the space. The glass walls let in loads of light during daytime celebrations, while evenings get atmospheric with all our fairy lights twinkling overhead. We've hosted everything from 50th birthdays to company Christmas parties in here, and the semi-outdoor feel means it never gets stuffy, even when packed. The main dining room works perfectly for sit-down celebrations when you want proper pub food done well. We serve up ale and steak pies, fish and chips, and our Sunday roasts draw crowds every weekend. Out in the garden, we've strung fairy lights through the trees and scattered candles on tables to keep the atmosphere going after dark.
