Free Beer Fridays have become something of a tradition here at The Apex in Plymouth's Science and Technology Park. Every Friday afternoon, we tap our Devon Rock beer and watch as teams from across the building gather in our breakout areas to wrap up their week. Our building houses private offices from 100 square feet for solo entrepreneurs right up to 7,000 square feet for larger teams. Each space comes with 24/7 access, so whether you're an early bird or prefer burning the midnight oil, you can work on your schedule. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and every office benefits from air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The meeting rooms here get plenty of use. We've equipped them with 4K projectors and full audio-visual setups, plus video conferencing capabilities for when you need to connect with remote colleagues or clients. Many of our tenants host workshops, conferences, and training sessions in these spaces, taking advantage of the professional setup without having to worry about the technical details. Beyond the offices, we've created spaces where work happens naturally. Our private garden sees BBQs in summer and provides a peaceful spot for informal meetings. The shower facilities come in handy for those who cycle in or squeeze in a lunchtime run. And yes, we're dog-friendly – several four-legged colleagues have become regular fixtures around the building. Getting here is straightforward, with secure on-site parking including EV charging stations, and regular bus connections to Plymouth city center.
