Our family has been running The Arden Hotel and Leisure Club for over 50 years, and we've learned exactly what makes meetings work. With 12 meeting rooms that can accommodate anywhere from small boardrooms to conferences of up to 150 delegates, we've hosted everything from corporate training sessions to multi-day conferences. Each of our meeting spaces comes with 32" flat-screen displays and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout - because we know reliable connectivity isn't optional anymore. The rooms themselves range from intimate boardrooms perfect for focused discussions to our larger conference spaces that work brilliantly for presentations and workshops. We've furnished them to be comfortable for those long strategy sessions, with plenty of natural light where possible. What sets us apart is having everything under one roof. Our 216 en-suite rooms mean your delegates can stay on-site, while the Burgundy Restaurant handles all the catering - from working lunches to formal dinners. The bistro-style menu works well for quick breaks, though our table d'hôte option proves popular for evening events. Sunday lunch has become something of a tradition here. Between sessions, delegates often use our Leisure Club facilities. The 13-meter pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room help people unwind after intensive meetings, while the gym suits those who prefer to stay active. We're right by the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Resorts World, which our regular clients tell us makes logistics much simpler - especially for international attendees or when combining meetings with exhibitions.
