Four steps down from street level, The Belmont Boardroom feels like your own private office for the day. We've transformed this basement space at 26 Station Rd into something quite special - a place where real work gets done without the typical meeting room stuffiness. Our boardroom table seats eight comfortably, with everyone having a clear view of the 65" TV mounted on the wall. We know how frustrating tech issues can be during meetings, so we keep things simple with an HDMI cable ready to connect your laptop. Two corner desks with PC monitors give you extra workspace when you need to spread out documents or have someone taking detailed notes. The space works brilliantly for training sessions. Natural light streams in despite being below ground, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during those longer strategy sessions. We've noticed teams particularly appreciate having the kitchen area right here - no trudging to another floor for coffee breaks. The fridge and microwave mean you can bring lunch and keep your momentum going through the day. Between meetings, people often use the two-seater sofa for informal catch-ups or quick phone calls. Having our own private toilet facilities means no awkward wandering through other offices. The free Wi-Fi handles video calls without dropping out, something we made sure of after too many bad experiences elsewhere. You'll find us just 128 meters from Belmont Train Station - most people time it at about a two-minute walk. The coffee shop next door does excellent flat whites, and the local bakery's sandwiches have become somewhat legendary among our regular bookings. We're open weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, giving you flexibility for early morning prep or end-of-day wrap-ups.
