Our meeting spaces at The Caledonian Edinburgh tell the story of over a century of Scottish hospitality, right beneath the watchful presence of Edinburgh Castle. We've preserved the Victorian grandeur of this former railway station while carefully updating every detail for today's business needs. Eight distinct meeting rooms spread across our property, each maintaining original features like ornate ceiling work and tall windows that flood the spaces with natural light. The largest can accommodate 250 delegates theatre-style, while our more intimate boardrooms work perfectly for groups of 12-20. We've kept the period character intact – think restored wood paneling and those stunning stained-glass windows that inspired our guest room designs – while ensuring every space has the technology modern meetings demand. What sets our venue apart is how we've woven meeting facilities throughout this historic building.
