Every weekend at The Hart Lounge, our DJ decks come alive as the floral garlands above start to shimmer in the changing lights. We're right here on Chase Road in Southgate, where North London meets Middle Eastern flair in our transformed space that used to be the old White Hart pub. Our kitchen team has completely reimagined what this venue can offer. Where pool tables once stood, we've created intimate dining areas with deep, plush seating that our guests sink into while sharing mezze platters and our fusion sushi rolls. The original exposed beams remain, now draped with cascading florals that transform the space from its pub roots into something altogether more exotic. We've kept the spacious kitchen that came with the building, but now it produces aromatic tagines, grilled meats with pomegranate molasses, and our signature desserts that blend baklava flavors with modern presentation. Our bartenders craft cocktails using rose water, cardamom, and fresh mint, while our shisha lounge offers traditional flavors in what used to be one of the pub's outdoor seating areas. The transformation really comes alive during our party nights. We host DJs Thursday through Saturday, with live musicians performing sets that range from contemporary Arabic fusion to acoustic sessions. The three original outdoor spaces now serve different purposes - one remains for dining under the stars, another houses our shisha setup, and the third becomes an extension of our dance floor on busy nights. For private celebrations, we can section off areas using our moveable screens, accommodating everything from birthday parties to engagement celebrations. The proximity to Southgate station means your guests can easily find us, and we strongly suggest booking ahead, especially for Friday and Saturday nights when we regularly reach capacity.
